Group Volunteer Opportunities
Information Fairs: Represent Red Cross at a public information fair within our community.
Fundraising Events: Plan an event of your choice to raise money for the American Red Cross of Tompkins County.
Annual Special Events: Assist with the production of our annual special events such as Red Cross Safe Families Day at Pyramid Mall.
Blood Drives: Arrange for your company or organization to sponsor a blood drive, or have your group assist in making reminder calls to donors.
Food Drives: Conduct a food drive that will benefit the Red Cross Homeless Services Food Pantry.
Toy and Gift Drives: Conduct a toy and gift drive that will benefit Homeless children and adults.
Disaster Drills: Volunteers and collaborative partners test the chapter's response plan to identify its strengths and weaknesses.
